Annual Meeting / Holiday Gathering

Have you RSVP'd for the Annual Meeting / Holiday Gathering to be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2011? If you haven't yet, please do so to ensure we have an accurate count for food and to help the Board determine if quorum will be present. This gathering is part of the HOA budget so there is no cost to the HOA members to attend. To RSVP, you may call 303-621-9262, email to Manager@ForestParkHOA.com, or fax to 720-746-2801. If you are unable to attend, please forward your completed proxy to assist the HOA in securing quorum for the meeting. To achieve quorum, 15 lots need to be represented.
Annual Meeting

The annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at the new Wing Nuttz location in Elizabeth. The Board decided to combine the annual meeting with the holiday gathering this year to ensure quorum is present for the meeting and to make it easier on the members of the community to gather. The budget meeting is tentatively planned for 6:30 with the general owner meeting at 7:00. Items are being finalized with Wing Nuttz over the next few days and as soon as that is completed, the budget as well as the official notice will be mailed. Please note the Board has reviewed the budgets and dues for 2012 will be as follows: General Assessments at $75 a piece and Well Augmentation will be $30. Once the budget meeting has been held on Tuesday, December 13, 2011, statements will be mailed out to all owners of record for the 2012 dues.
