The Forest Park community is made up of 2 commercial parcels along Highway 86 and 55 residential lots.  The community is served by individual wells and septic systems with a state monitored well augmentation program.

I want to make a change at my property. What do I need to do?

If you are interested in any exterior changes, i.e. fences, out buildings, etc., plans must be submitted in writing (fax, e-mail, or mail) and approved by the Architectural/Environmental Committee prior to the work beginning.  You may either fax, mail, or e-mail your request.  If you have not received a response within two weeks, please contact the management company to ensure your request has been received and processed.

• IREA is the electric cooperative that serves the Elizabeth, Colorado area.  Their phone number is 303-688-3100.
• Black Hills is the gas company that serves the Elizabeth, Colorado area.  Their phone number is 800-303-0357.
• There are several trash service providers within the area that you can choose with different services offered, different pickup dates, and different costs. 

Whom is the HOA's Insurance Carrier?

The HOA has Business Liability, and Directors and Officers Insurance through State Farm, the Kris Collison Insurance Agency Inc.  Their number is 303-798-9868.

Each owner must have their own insurance to cover their own liability and property.  Please consult your insurance agent to ensure that you are covered appropriately.
