If you are interested in any exterior changes, i.e. fences, out buildings, etc., plans must be submitted in writing (fax, e-mail, or mail) and approved by the Architectural/Environmental Committee prior to the work beginning. You may either fax, mail, or e-mail your request. If you have not received a response within two weeks, please contact the management company to ensure your request has been received and processed.
